Neurora Labs respects your privacy. This page explains how we handle information submitted through the early-access form on this website.
Information we collect
The early-access form collects only what you choose to provide: your first name (optional), your work email address (required), your organization (optional) and your stated area of interest (optional). We also record that you gave marketing consent, together with the date, time and version of the consent text you agreed to.
How we use it
We use this information to send you release updates and product news, and to contact you about relevant pilot or collaboration opportunities. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at contact@neuroralabs.com.
Access and deletion
To request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email contact@neuroralabs.com from the address you signed up with. We will action verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
Service providers
Early-access submissions are stored in a managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, which processes the data on our behalf as our hosting and database provider. Access to the signup list is restricted to Neurora Labs personnel; the list is never publicly readable.
